Derek Guy Opsblum
5th November 1933 - 2nd September 2019
Sadly on the 2nd of September Derek Guy Opsblum Passed away at White Gable Care Home near Lincoln.
With him were his Wife Janet and Middle Son Phillip.
He Leaves Behind Myself Paul (OLLY) and John.
Derek aka D to his Brothers, Del or Del Boy to Many and Dad to me!

Dereks Funeral was held at Lincoln Crematorium on 25th September 2019
Following the Funeral we had a Celebration of His Life at The County Assembly Rooms Lincoln

John, Judith, Matt and Jake arranged Display Boards with Photographs from Dads Past and Present.
They also Provided a Beautiful Memorial Book for people to write memories and messages!
These gave everyone a Fantastic Opportunity to Share stories and enjoy meeting with old friends.
Over 100 People came to pay respects and to join us in giving Dad a Great send-off.
Donations on the Day and Via The CO-OP Funeral Service raised Over £1,000 for Charity.
Mum and Dad had discussed the Charities they wanted to Donate to and Settled on Dementia UK and Cancer Research UK.
